Tbilisi Acres Wins Best Marketing Campaign Award at Real Estate Expo 2026
On October 16–17, Tbilisi Acres took part in Real Estate Expo 2026, Georgia's real estate exhibition. During the event, Tbilisi Acres received the award for Best Marketing Campaign.
Real Estate Expo 2026 was co-organized by the ExpoGeorgia exhibition center and the Georgian National Association of Real Estate. The exhibition brought together projects from a range of development companies in one space.
Over the two days, the Tbilisi Acres stand was a center of attention for visitors. Guests had the opportunity to get a close look at the project, which is taking shape as Tbilisi's first self-sufficient neighborhood. The stand featured the project's largest and most unique scale model, showing the entire neighborhood (its buildings, infrastructure, and green spaces) at a single glance. Visitors spoke with company representatives in person, asked questions, and received detailed information about the project, apartments, prices, and purchase terms.
Tbilisi Acres is more than a residential complex. It is a self-sufficient neighborhood where everything is brought together in one place. The project combines modern residential buildings, green and recreational spaces, infrastructure, and services for a comfortable and fulfilling life.
